Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Thanks for backing Dream Bug! By placing a pre-order, you're helping bring our merino wool eyemask to life. Please read these terms before completing your order — they're written in plain language because we believe you deserve clarity, not confusion.
What "Pre-Order" Means
Dream Bug eyemasks are currently in development and have not yet been manufactured. Your pre-order secures your place in our first production run. This is not a purchase of an existing, ready-to-ship product — it's a commitment to receive the product once manufacturing is complete.
Expected Delivery
We expect to begin shipping pre-orders in Q3 2026. We'll keep you updated on progress via email. If the timeline changes, we'll let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to keep your order or request a full refund.
Payment
- Pre-orders are processed via Stripe and you will be charged in full at the time of ordering.
- All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- International customers: your bank may apply currency conversion fees. These are outside our control.
Pricing
Pre-order pricing is as listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future orders, but your pre-order price is locked in once confirmed.
Shipping
- New Zealand: Standard shipping within NZ. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- International: We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched (see our Refund Policy for details).
- Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only.
Product Changes
We're perfecting Dream Bug right now. Minor changes to materials, colours, packaging, or specifications may occur during the manufacturing process. We'll always aim to deliver something equal to or better than what you pre-ordered. If a change is significant, we'll notify you and offer a full refund if you're not happy.
What If We Can't Deliver?
If for any reason we're unable to manufacture or deliver Dream Bug, you will receive a full refund of your pre-order payment. No questions, no hassle.
Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order is shipped and receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for how to do this.
Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you're a New Zealand consumer, you are entitled to the guarantees set out in that Act, including the right to a remedy if goods are faulty or not as described.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If we make a material change that affects your pre-order, we'll email you directly.
